Optimum Air Compressor Solutions offers Service Plans for Gardner Denver air compressors and most other major brands of air compressors – Atlas Copco, Ingersoll Rand, Kaeser, Kobelco, Quincy, Sullair and more.
Our Service Plans are customized for every customer based on several factors – air compressor brand and type, air treatment equipment, operating hours, and site conditions.
Our Service Plans are designed to maximize the “Life Cycle” cost of your air compressor system – equipment longevity, energy efficiency, and maintenance expense efficiency.
Our Service Plans include an extensive list of diagnostics (airend and motor vibration analysis, lubricant sampling, motor, and electrical inspection and more), consumable filter and lubricant replacement, thorough equipment inspection, and cleaning.
Our work order / inspection documents are paperless and emailed to our customers after every visit.
Replacement Part Guarantee
Our Service Plan customers receive our 1-year replacement part guarantee.
If any part we replace prematurely fails within 1-year, we will replace it for FREE – part(s) and labor.
This includes every part – airend, motor, coolers, wearable parts (hoses, belts etc) and consumable parts (air filters, oil filters, etc).
We offer a remote monitoring option (+Plus) with every Service Plan.
Our +Plus remote monitoring option is available for Gardner Denver equipment and most other major brands.
Our +Plus remote monitoring is automatically included with our PackageCare Service Plan.
Service Plan Options
We offer Service Plans with no warranty options, extended airend and motor warranties, and PackageCare, our “all inclusive” Service Plan.
PackageCare includes all PM services and all emergency break-fix repairs for a set annual fee with equal quarterly payments.
